Drifting at Awesomefest

As you can expect from an event presented by Driftworks, the Drifting will be first class!
We’re having:

  • > Drift Track Sessions
  • > Drift Demos
  • > Drift Passenger Rides

All day Saturday and Sunday on the main circuit there will be hundreds of different Drift cars smoking and sliding their way round the entire track including the longest corner on a British racing circuit – Gerrards – which is a 3rd of a mile in a complete arc, plus the formidable Devils Elbow and the backwards entries into Edwinas. Everyone with a rear wheel drive drift car will be able to buy track time.
This the fastest circuit to drift in the UK, making it challenging and fun to drive and an awesome spectacle to watch!

If you want to drift:

> ANYONE can drift in their own car. Car must be RWD. No non drifters or FWD cars are allowed. Similar format to FCD:MP events.

>Non road legal cars are allowed on track but must be in a safe and roadworthy condition, no coolant or oil leaks, no flailing bodywork etc.
> Due to huge demand, track time is sold in sessions for a great value price.

> Cars will be limited to only 20 cars on track at once to keep the cars spaced out nicely.
> You can buy multiple sessions.

> Helmets will be required. We will have a very limited number of helmets available to rent.

> TRACK TIME IS AVAILABLE TO BUY along with Day and Weekender tickets, via the Driftworks Shop.

> All drivers will have to pass a Police breathalyser. Random checks will also happen through the day.
> Tyre changing and part worns will be available from on site tyre changers.

Pro Drivers:
> There will be a night time battle demo on Saturday night featuring one of the best lineups of any event Europe has ever seen!
> There will be pro drivers giving passenger rides for a nominal fee for the whole of Saturday and Sunday – your chance for a thrilling ride with the best drivers in the best cars.
