All tickets and passes are also available on the gate at no extra charge.
What your Weekender Pass gets you access to:
> Entry to the entire event, Friday to Sunday.
> All camping (family camping available also). Lockers available for valuables during the day.
> The huge Fearless BMX and Skate Ramp park being custom built at the circuit.
> MotoX track access
> Mini MotoX track access
> BMX Dirt jump park
> Huge Graffiti wall
> Free Paintball
Also included:
> Free Funfair
> Club Stand parking for car clubs
> Gigantic Music festival tent with Bars and Live Music for the AwesomeFest Party on Friday and Saturday night
> Full Access to the whole event
This means you can RIDE your own boards, BMX’s, and MotoX bikes on the ramps all included with your ticket, NOTHING ELSE TO PAY!
If you want to Drift:
> ANYONE can drift in their own car. Car must be RWD. No non drifters or FWD cars are allowed out on track.
> Non road legal cars are allowed on track but must be in a safe and roadworthy condition, no coolant or oil leaks, no flailing bodywork etc.
> Track time is sold in 15 minute sessions, in addition to your Weekender / Day pass.
> You will be able to buy multiple sessions.
> TRACK TIME IS NOW AVAILABLE TO BUY HERE:
> All drivers will have to pass a breathalyser, and there will be random checks throughout the day.
> Tyre changing and part worns will be available from on site tyre changers.
> There will be a drift paddock with limited space for tools and tyres.
> There will be pro cars giving passenger rides for a nominal fee for the whole of Saturday and Sunday – your chance to sit with the best drivers in the best cars.
CAMPING
Camping is included with your weekender pass. Security will be on site at all times, and locker trucks will be available to store valuables while you are ripping on the ramps!
As well as the general camping, there will be a quiet campsite area that’s more family friendly.
Club Stands
Club stands are available. All cars will have to purchase a weekender ticket as normal. Club stands will cost no extra and can be arranged through the AwesomeFest email.
Trade Stands
Trade stands are available and are arranged through the AwesomeFest email. Trade stands are sold in 6x6m plots in high footfall areas and cost £250 per plot. Trade stands will be required to sell relevant products to the demographic of the event, not all submissions will be accepted.
Hotels and Travel
We have pre booked all the local hotels and will be able to offer extremely competitive rates for people who don’t want to camp.
Coaches will be doing regular travel journeys from Birmingham East Midlands airport and local rail stations for those without cars or flying from abroad. If you have specific travel requirements from abroad you can contact us for more information on the contact page.
Food and Drink
A huge 3,000 person festival marquee will be in place with bars, food courts (with decent food at decent prices – we love our food), and on a 60 foot stage will be awesome music and DJ’s keeping everyone jumping!
MEDIA PASSES
Media passes for full event access will be available for press and photographer / videographers. A media centre with Wifi internet will be provided. Media pass applications are now live under the press section of the website.
