General Information
AwesomeFest 2011
AwesomeFest is brand new Extreme Sports festival focusing on relaxing, chilling and good times. Think spending an entire weekend in the best skate park which you can ride any time for free, BMX and Skaters ripping it up in harmony, MotoX and Mini-Moto bikes storming the skies, Drift cars tearing round the circuit in a blaze of smoke and glory. Think the best tunes that you never hear anymore, the golden era of Hip Hop, intelligent musical and gritty Dubstep and Drum and Bass pumping out over tricked out sound systems. It’s going to be completely awesome, and we’re delighted to bring it to you. This is what all the other festivals were missing. No winners, or pressure from competition, just enjoyable fun. And that’s what matters.

- Persons aged 15 and under by law must now be accompanied by an adult of 18 or over.
- If you are 18 to 24 you can only accompany two under 16′s.

If you are bringing a young child then you should on arrival write your mobile number on the wristband and affix it firmly to your child’s wrist. This should enable us to contact you should your child become separated from you.
You should also make it a priority on arrival to ensure that your children are made familiar with their surroundings, should they become separated from you they will then know where to get help. In particular make them aware of the security staff, the event office and the medical & welfare centre, located in the Central Paddock, accessible by the foot bridge.
Entry and wristbands.
You will be required to show and exchange your ticket at the entry to the show ground. Expect to be searched thoroughly. You car may also be randomly searched for prohibited alcohol.
Any items you bring that are listed as not allowed will be removed and thrown away, sorry.
Wristbands are exchanged at the entrance once you have gone through searching and your ticket checked. Weekender passes will have one wristband for the whole weekend. Day passes will vary from day to day.
If you would like family/quiet camping please specify at the wristband exchange after searching.
