Media Passes
- Media Passes are in huge demand for AwesomeFest and we will not be able to accept everyone unfortunately.
- Each publication is permitted two photographers or videographers maximum.
- Each photographer must provide sufficient credentials and proof of £1m (£1,000,000) PLI.
- Each photographer must sign on at the press office on arrival to the site, each day where a wristband will be provided. Wristbands are valid for only one day.
- There will be a Media Centre with free wifi in the main paddock offices for press who wish to use any internet or uploading facilities for blogs or social media.
- All photographers will be required to wear high visibility clothing at all times when trackside and will only be permitted to stand in approved areas (there will be lots of places, don’t worry!)

- Your Full Name, Address and contact number including country code.
- Will you be doing Photography / Video / Both
- Publication / Website address / Behalf of a company or AwesomeFest partner.
- Proof of PLI
- Use of material – I.E Where your work will be published.
